Grami’s Sourdough is a locally owned and operated Cottage Law home sourdough bread bakery in Grand Saline, TX. We supply a classic sourdough bread loaf and dehydrated starter to give it your own touch. We are a small business that operates out of a home kitchen a few days a week, with hopes of growing into a full bread bakery with a retail location. Our current bakery is not open to the public as a walk-in store; however, customers can pick up bread every Saturday from our pre-order self-pickup Loaf Shack located on site.

Our Loaf Shack is equipped with a Smart Padlock. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an access code to retrieve your bread. Your code will be active during the Saturday pickup window.

Order Window:
Opens Saturdays at 10:00 AM and closes Thursdays at 8:00 PM for that week’s Saturday pickup.

Pickup Hours:
Saturday: 12:00 PM to Dark

All paid orders will be placed in the Farm Stand by noon on pickup days. The Smart Padlock will be active from 12:00 p.m. to Dark p.m., giving everyone plenty of time to grab their fresh sourdough.

Locals: From time to time, we may have extra loaves labeled "Extra Loaf" available for on-the-spot purchase via QR code at the stand (Venmo, Cash App, XRP). Watch for our Extra Loaf Sign out next to our Shack, as you never know when the stand is open for those extra on-the-spot just-have-to-have loaves. :)
